Norbert Dawalibi - President and CEO
In addition to overall corporate leadership, Norbert Dawalibi is primarily responsible for strategic planning, strategic initiatives (including joint ventures, partnerships and licensing), acquisitions, and financing.

Prior to joining Sirit in May of 2005, Norbert was President and CEO of Psion Teklogix, a $300 million company and global provider of solutions for mobile computing, wireless data collection and RFID.  In addition to his deep understanding of the RFID technology and markets, Norbert is a proven and skilled manager with a solid background in sales and marketing resulting from his 24 years at IBM where he progressed through increasingly executive roles in Canada and the U.S., including managing marketing for IBM Systems in the Americas and leading sales operations generating in excess of $1 billion in revenue. 

 

Anastasia Chodarcewicz, CA, CPA - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Anastasia Chodarcewicz is responsible for all aspects of Finance, Budgeting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Human Resources, IT as well as all regulatory reporting for Sirit.

Prior to joining Sirit in February 2003, Anastasia spent 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in progressively senior roles specializing in Financial Due Diligence, Project Management and Audit Service Engagements for small private entities through multi-million dollar global enterprises in North America and Europe. 

 

Bruce Roesner - Chief Technology Officer and Vice President Engineering
Bruce Roesner joined Sirit in January of 2007 as the CTO and VP of Engineering.

After starting his career with industry leaders like Hughes Aircraft Company, Burroughs Corporation and Applied Micro Circuits, Bruce has been an entrepreneur and technologist in the domains of IC design and RFID.  He was the founder of a number of technology companies including Instant Circuit Holdings, SCS Corporation and ClarIDy Solutions.  He was instrumental in the development of low-cost RFID tags used in inventory tracking and control applications which won him “Most Innovative Product” and “Entrepreneurial Team of the Year” awards. 

Bruce is the author of numerous publications and presentations on the subject of high technology electronics including RFID.  He is also the holder of over 25 patents and earned a M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. in Solid State Electronics from Purdue University.

 

John Freund - Vice President Sales
As Vice President Sales, John Freund is responsible for all of Sirit’s Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) and Radio Frequency Solutions (RFS) sales efforts including Electronic Toll and Traffic Management, Electronic Vehicle Identification, Parking and Access Control, Supply Chain and Cashless Payments applications. John joined Sirit in September 2001 as Director of Customer Operations and was appointed to the role of Vice President in April 2002.

John comes to Sirit after spending 6 years with Xerox Business Services in a variety of progressive sales and operational management positions. Prior to Xerox, John spent 12 years with Hallmark Cards managing within the Graphic Arts Division.
 

 

Wolf Bielas - President Latin America
Wolf Bielas, joined Sirit in April  2008 as the President Latin America.  Prior to joining Sirit, Wolf was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of RSI ID Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of automated identification and tracking solutions through the manufacture and sale of tags, labels, inlays and antennas.  Prior to the formation of RSI in November 1991, Wolf was President of Computer Outlet Incorporated for four years.

Wolf has a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico and has completed an Executive Leadership Program from the MIT Young Entrepreneurs' Organization.  His areas of expertise include manufacturing, software development and implementation, customer service, sales and marketing.

 

Paul Chappelle - Vice President Manufacturing
Paul joined the Company in 1998 and assisted in the start-up of the Carrollton, Texas operations. From July 1998 to June 2008, he was responsible for the management of the manufacturing processes, inventory and quality control for all Sirit products. During this time, Paul also graduated Summa Cum Laude from the American Intercontinental University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. In June 2008, Paul was appointed to the role of Vice President Manufacturing.

Prior to joining Sirit in 1998, Paul spent 6 years at Texas Instruments as a Production Control Specialist.  In this capacity, he was involved in sustaining the manufacturing activities for existing products and assisting in bringing external contract manufacturers on-line for new products.
